Change when embraced as a positive, can be an introduction to new and better experiences. Looking for ways to handle change while reducing fear? Spend time training with new technologies, I personally love Pluralsight and consider the annual subscription well worth it.
Stay current by finding a few professional blogs to read regularly (many companies encourage their employees to blog about their work). Have you heard of “Podcasting”? You can literally find a topic on anything, I like to mix my professional interests with personal topics to make sure I don’t get too bored. I can’t lie – the Podcast has made my XM Radio subscription a complete waste.Perspective is Everything
